I caught the movie “24 Hour Party People” on tv last weekend.
The truly odd and amazing story of the Manchester music scene’s influence from 1970’s punk all the way to 1990’s Rave culture. The story is told from the point of view of record company and club owner Tony Wilson (played by the very funny Steve Coogan). An strangely funny, touching and surreal film with a great soundtrack, including this one from New Order. Plus the video has camera dude.
