Page “P is for Prairies.”  This page was especially tricky getting the perspective of the combine and all the detail of the header, (turning mechanism in front) to work in the fish eye lens perspective look.  Though I did have a photo for reference, things just didn’t look right when I used the photo’s perspective.  I adjusted things to make it “look right.”  This illustration is a work in progress depicting combines harvesting wheat in the Canada prairies for children’s book being published by Humber Press.  The book is entitled “Canada, Our Home and Native Land.”
