Super excited to share this one. For the April issue of GQ, I worked with Chelsea Cardinal on a bouquet of spring greens for a Manual story called The Sick-of-Winter Guide to Spring Cooking.
Included in the image are stinging nettles, fiddleheads, rhubarb, and ramps. I love rhubarb, and I canât wait to try cooking with these others.
