Feeling newly inspired after my stint at mural painting I decided to utilize those creative juices and paint some analog art. (Also, I wanted to create some eye catching work to hang in our new house. At least for a time.) I’ve had these chevron panels for a few months and this was the perfect project for them!

I first sketched up the design in the iPad to get the composition and color that I wanted. Next, I got to work using spray paint for the gradient background and acrylic paint for the tiger and grass. This might have been the most fun (and success) I’ve had with acrylic paint. I plan to do a few more of these paintings.
