Is now the time to buy an electric car?

The Wall Street Journal’s Dan Neil says your car’s internal combustion engine is a relic of the past, like the fax machine, flip phone or dial-up modem. He points out that the latest electric cars are “quieter, quicker, more refined, more efficient, offering superior vehicle dynamics, less maintenance and lower per-mile operating costs” than your current gasoline-powered ride and offers a dozen other reasons why it’s time to make the switch.
