Illustrator Miriam Martincic was awarded a gold medal from the Society of Illustrators, New York, in the un-commissioned category. Having It All depicts multiple and competing expectations of women. The image of a sculptural, multi-part, multi-tasking woman both presents and questions the ideal of having it all. The virtual ceremony for Illustrators 63 took place on March 18th.
