The Wall Street Journal’s Fall Preview is out and I made art for it. The image required weaving together a number of seemingly unrelated topics–travel, fashion, food, home brewing, landscaping, gardening, etc–into a cohesive image.

Then, the art department took the art and turned it into a puzzle, which was partially assembled and photographed for the front of the Off Duty Section.

Many thanks to Marlene Szczesny for the fun assignment.
