From the Artist: “I was asked by the Italian magazine Internazionale to illustrate an article by Sally Rooney about “The Perfect Novel.” In the article the author explains how the Natalia Ginzburg’s book “All Our Yesterdays” changed her life. “I felt as if I was reading something that had been written for me, something that had been written almost inside my own head or heart.” I tried to represent this concept through simple metaphors, imagining a book that contains a key to understand our lives.”
