FROM THE ARTIST: “We love creating realistic images that can’t be created using photography but using 3D imagery to create something which doesn’t exist..but you wish it did! For the Beer Island image, we wanted to create a fantasy scene which was fun, believable and nice to look at. We thought a beer bottle shaped island would be a great image, with the Heineken label making a perfect swimming pool. All elements, including the sea, boats, palm trees and people are created using 3D and rendered realistically. We added waves and clouds with digital painting and retouching. All in all a great fun piece which we really wished existed! If you have any ideas which need bringing to life, please let us know!”
