Alvina Kwong recently finished these illustrations for BeachHouse Publishing’s board book, Sand Mouse’s Soup.

Alvina states:

“It was a lot of fun researching the culture of Hawaii and creating the different mouse characters. Hawaii is where I was born so being able to illustrate for a local publisher from Hawaii made it more meaningful for me.”
