L Magazine commissioned Marco Jeurissen to complete a series of illustrations on new methods of applying for jobs and how companies are using new methods to select the right candidate to fill job vacancies.

Marco came up with concepts that involved subtle hints of humor combined with a bit of conceptual thinking.
