Artist Spotlight: Natalia Maca
This week, the Directory of Illustration is proud to present a special feature on Natalia Maca and her wonderful work within the social responsibility category, creating graphics for the Asia-Europe Environment Forum.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Natalia Maca is an experienced illustrator, designer and motion graphics artist based in Regensburg, Germany.
For the past 13 years, she has provided illustration, animation and graphic design services for amazing brands, including HP Inc, Australia Post, 99designs, and many fantastic private businesses and clients.
As a multidisciplinary artist, she is confident in Vector, Digital, Hand-drawn Illustration, Traditional Animation (Cel) and Motion Graphics. Her creative process involves working with digital and traditional media, using color, composition and storytelling to express key messages. Her unique visual language communicates with the viewer in an informative and fun manner, making her the right choice for any brief from educational, advertising, editorial to publishing.

ABOUT THE WORK
Natalia created a series of illustrations for the Asia-Europe Environment Forum Annual Conference 2022.
The Asia-Europe Environment Forum (ENVforum) “SMEs Going Circular: Decarbonisation of Food Supply Systems” was a 2-day online international conference aiming to boost the exchange of ideas and solutions on the decarbonisation of the agri-food industry.
Natalia’s role was to create a key image and logo representing the circular economy, design social media promotion materials, create a PowerPoint presentation video loop for the conference, create an animated banner, design the background paper and design the policy briefs.
