In the evenings I like to unwind and paint while I watch, or rather, listen to television. It usually never involves anything I am working on at the time. It’s a sort of meditation to take my brain down a notch. I think it helps me sleep (if I’m not up until 2 am).

A couple of my friends mentioned Penny Dreadful to me after my last Eva Green portrait. I decided to start re-watching the series. There was so much I forgot! I did my best to capture her in all her ‘Vanessa Ives” glory. What is your favorite Eva Green character? 🎨☠️😁
