Here are five fantastic artists to kick off our first agency spotlight of 2021: Christian Dellavedova, Geo Parkin, Nathan Smith, Electric Images, and Gary Ciccarelli.

About the Agency: For the last 42 years, António Adrião has been helping clients worldwide to find the right artist, photographer or animation studio to create unique imagery for their marketing efforts. Throughout his career, António has worked closely with art directors and designers through all stages of the creative process to find the best choice of talent to match their needs. Christian Dellavedova is a an editorial and conceptual illustration specialist based out of Milan, Italy. Throughout his career, Christian has illustrated countless magazine and newspaper articles and has helped worldwide agencies in top tier advertising campaigns. Clients include: Viacom, GEICO, The Boston Globe, Variety, Scientific American, Wired UK, Reader’s Digest, Men’s Health, Time Inc., and many more.

With 30 years of professional experience and Brighton-based, Geo Parkin has worked for a wide range of clients in the UK, US, Europe and Japan. His fields include: publishing, advertising, packaging, character creation, comics, t-shirt design and much else besides. The crisp look of Geo’s recent work is attributable to early influences such as Hergé and the European ‘Ligne claire’ artists and the vectorized precision of Adobe Illustrator.

3D Digital illustration. Quirky characters. Mechanical fantasy. Nathan Smith is a British artist and illustrator who has been working in the creative industries for nearly 30 years. Originally trained and worked as a Theatre Designer and Scenic Artist in London,  Nathan’s work still contains a theatrical flare. His digital work has been published internationally, and “quirky, visually intriguing, playful and informal” are just some of the terms that have been used to describe his style.

“My creative process usually starts with a simple sketch then progresses to a Wacom Cintiq tablet. I then sculpt in digital clay and compose my characters in digitally painted landscapes using a combination of Zbrush,Keyshot,Photoshop and Corel Painter.”
