After seeing her work through the Directory of Illustration social media feeds, Barnes & Noble commissioned Jane Mjolsness to complete two projects.

First, Jane created an illustrated poster for the Barnes & Noble Bookfair, showing a ferris wheel with seats that transform into flying books and then into birds.

Next, she developed a sketch for their Spring Direct Mailer showing all of the happenings occurring at the store accompanied by elements of spring.
