Here, we spotlight all five designs — from lush gardens to gilded symmetry — and explore how Thompson’s signature botanical style elevates them into timeless keepsakes.

Spotlight on the Five Scarves

Here’s an overview of each design, what makes it unique, and why it’s worth falling in love with.

  • Plume Square Silk Scarf
Plume is where vibrant color meets natural elegance. Exotic blooms burst across the scarf, interwoven with vivid parrots in rich emerald, violet, and crimson. The double-sided print gives depth to the botanicals and avian motifs, and Thompson’s expert brushwork brings it to life. wolfandbadger.com

  • Lush Square Silk Scarf
Lush is perhaps the most romantic of the bunch: birds knit through trumpet-like blossoms, vines curling gracefully in an energetic dance. The design feels like a secret garden at dawn — alive, harmonious, and full of motion. wolfandbadger.com

  • Gilded Square Silk Scarf
In Gilded, Thompson explores symmetry and poise. Swans and gazelles move in mirrored formations, framed by abstract golden forms. It’s a design that feels regal, balanced — a modern homage to graceful strength. Artifact.

  • Glade Square Silk Scarf
Glade evokes quiet forest light and shaded clearings. While details on the motif are more subtle than the other scarves, its soft color palette and thoughtful composition make it ideal for someone who prefers understated elegance. Artifact.

  • Plume Plum (not pictured above): This is a jewel-toned reimagining of Plume. With deep plum, violet, and ruby hues, it retains the same botanical and parrot motifs but in a richer, more moody palette. wolfandbadger.com+1

Art Meets Accessory

These scarves aren’t just fashion accessories — they’re wearable art. Thompson’s illustrative style is lively, intentional, and deeply rooted in nature, giving each scarf a narrative beyond its pattern.

The Artifact × Kelly Thompson scarf collection is more than a capsule release; it’s a celebration of storytelling through design. Each scarf melds Thompson’s evocative botanical illustration with Artifact’s refined craftsmanship to create pieces that are as functional as they are beautiful.

Whether you’re drawn to the vibrancy of Plume, the serenity of Glade, or the symmetry of Gilded, there’s something in this collection for every mood and style. For fans of illustration, fashion, or thoughtful design, these scarves are a rare find — and one worth savoring.
