Jim Starr for Equity Risk Partners

Jim Starr was approached by Morgan McDowell from Wonacott Communications in Chicago after seeing his work in the printed Directory of Illustration to produce a series of illustrations for Equity Risk Partners.

Jim was provided with general themes to include such as activity, partnership and trustworthiness as well as industries to showcase and imagery suggestions. After receiving initial feedback, Jim continued creating sketches for various stages from rough concept to tighter images. The entire project took about 5 months to complete, with 11 illustrations produced for the final campaign. In addition to working with Morgan McDowell and Wonacott Communications, Jim also collaborated with Kai Harris of the Synapse Group, who was the web designer. The final illustrations were used on the Equity Risk Partners website.
